Ordering and Payment
3. How do I enter my prescription? During the ordering process for prescription
glasses, you will first select the frame, then you click on the “Add Lenses” button, you will be prompted to enter your prescription details which you will enter manually. Then you can select your preferred lenses
4. How do I place an order for sunglasses? Browse our collection, select your
preferred eyewear, and click Add to Cart. Once you have added all items to your cart, proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping and payment details
5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods,
including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and Affirm for installment
payments.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order? You can modify order within 24 hours of placing it. If the glasses have already been customized, there is a 30% charge for modifying the order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes.
7. Can I use my existing prescription? Yes, as long as your prescription is valid and not older than two years, you can use it to order your new glasses.
8. What if I have a complex prescription? We cater to a wide range of prescriptions, including those with high sphere, cylinder, and prism corrections. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
9. Can I order just the frame? Yes, you can order just the frame from our collection.
